| Early 1950's | Infinity Inc # 34 (January 1987) | Inspired by the JSA, several of the resistance fighters once aided by the JSA become costume heroes (Gaucho, Knight I, Squire II, Legionary, Musketeer, Wingman) |
| 1951 | Infinity Inc # 34 (January 1987) | Under pressure from Congress, the Justice Society disbands. Dr.Mist begins contacting governments in Europe, foretelling the coming of super beings and advising them to become prepared for that time. |

| Teen Titans Spotlight # 11 (June 1987) | The woman code-named Belphegor is the acting director of the Dome. | |
| Justice League International #8 (December 1987) | The United Nations sanctions the new Justice League International and cuts funding of the Dome, essentially disbanding the Global Guardians. | |

| Justice League Europe #2 (May 1989) | Several members of the Global Guardians, hypnotized by Queen Bee, attack the newly formed Justice League Europe. | |
| Justice League Europe #3 (June 1989) | The Dome is blown up by Jack O'Lantern I to discredit the JLE. His powers had been enhanced by a Dominator working for the Queen. | |
| Justice League Europe #4 (July 1989) | It is revealed that the Queen Bee, when boosting Jack O'Lantern I's powers, did something to him to make him subservient to her. Owlwoman's powers are boosted by the Dominator. Jack O'Lantern I is seemingly killed by the Queen Bee. | |
| Justice League Europe Annual #1 (1990) | It is revealed that the nearly all Global Guardian members are under the Queen Bee's mind control. Sometime in this time period, Dr. Mist disappears. Little Mermaid is seemingly killed by Jack O'Lantern II. The Queen Bee is murdered by Sumaan Harjavti, who takes control of Bialya. The Global Guardians learn of their mind-control. Jack O'Lantern II is killed in an explosion. | |
| Justice League Quarterly #6 (Spring 1992) | Owlwoman, while attempting to escape Bialya, finds Jack O'Lantern I alive in a dungeon. Dr. Mist appears and helps them both escape. | |
| Justice League Quarterly #8 (Autumn 1992) | All Global Guardians are freed from Bialya mindcontrol. Dr. Mist establishes a new Dome somewhere in the Pacific. | |
| Justice League Europe #49 (April 1993); Justice League Europe #50 (May 1993) | Global Guardians are again under mind-control for a brief time, this time by the villain Sonar. Little Mermaid shows up alive, stating that it was her "evil twin" who had been killed. | |

| Justice League Quarterly #17 (Winter 1994) | An ancient foe of Dr. Mist attacks the Global Guardians, resulting in the deaths of Bushmaster, Thunderlord and Wild Huntsman. Godiva and Impala lose their powers. Tuatara sustains massive head trauma and goes into a coma. The surviving members find new candidates for membership and vow to carry on as a team. | |
